Payment Methods

All payments must be made by credit card, no cheques please. UBCM accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card payment must process successfully to complete registration for the 2025 UBCM Convention

Registration Deadline

Registration and amendments can be done online up to and including Convention week. Amendments for extra fee events done after September 12 may not be reflected on your printed badge, UBCM staff at the event door will be able to confirm your amendment for entry. For all new registrations made during Convention week, badges will be available for pick up at Delegate Services. In-person registration will also be open from September 22-26 during Convention. Please note that phone calls and emails after September 12 will not be returned.

Modify Your Registration

To make any changes to your registration, login with the delegate's email address and the registration number shown on your receipt.

Refund Policy

All cancellations MUST be in writing - Full refund if cancelled by August 8, 2025. 50% refund if cancelled between August 9 - August 29 and no refund thereafter.

Childminding Service

Childminding Services will be available onsite during the daytime convention program. Registration must be received by August 15 2025. Please click here for more information.
